Steps of cultivation
- Wash and dab seeds. Then transfer to the sprouting container of your choice. However, glass sprinklers should not be used as the seeds in them become very slimy
- The sprouts must be soaked in water 2 to 3 times every day and then turned so that air can circulate
- The seeds sprout after 3 days and are ready to harvest after a maximum of 7 days
- Wash the sprouts with cool, clear water after harvesting and store them in a cool place
