Steps of cultivation
1. First wash the amen briefly and then put it in clear, cool water
2. Soak for 8 hours
3. After soaking, transfer the seeds to the sprouting container of your choice
4. The sprouts must be soaked with water 2 to 3 times every day and then turned so that air can circulate
5. The seeds germinate after 2 days and are ready to harvest after up to 6 days, but they can continue to grow to the desired size for even longer
6. Bean sprouts must be boiled after harvesting!
7. After boiling, wash the sprouts with cool, clear water and store in a cool place
