Good to know:
The revocation can be declared unilaterally and no consent is required from the contractual partner. Nevertheless, it is often advisable to have the revocation confirmed in writing. This will protect you in the end and you will have proof in your hand if problems should arise.

Wichtiger Hinweis:
Sollten Sie den Widerruf per Post absenden, sollten Sie in jedem Fall ein Einschreiben 
nutzen. Dieses ist nachvollziehbar und Sie können die Zustellung bei Bedarf belegen. Alternativ können  Sie den Widerruf auch vor Ort persönlich abgeben und sich den Erhalt dann quittieren lassen.

Gut zu wissen:
Der Widerruf kann einseitig erklärt werden und es ist keine Zustimmung durch den Vertragspartner notwendig. Das sichert Sie am Ende ab und Sie haben einen Nachweis in der Hand, falls es zu Problemen kommen sollte.
