Steps of cultivation

1. Prepare growth medium and generously moisten the surface

4. Germination occurs in 1 - 2 days 

5. Remove cover and transfer to aquaponics system

6. After 7 to 9 days, the ripe microgreens can be harvested

7. The best time is then. when the microgreens are approx. 5 cm high

8. Harvesting should take place in the morning or evening due to cooler temperatures
